The city compost site is located at the west end of Garfield Street and all city residents are welcome to use it. Absolutely no household garbage is permitted, just branches and leaves. Leaf bags are to be emptied onto the leaf pile and the bags are to be taken with you. City compost site hours are Monday - Friday by appointment, Saturday 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. Call City Hall at 563-2302 for appointments.
